According to the new quantum theory of quantum physics and the medicine & food homology theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the founder/president of Korea Society of Galenical Fermentation (KSGF), Mr. Hojin JEONG (HJ), invented the method for the identification of the type of body constitution and constitutional food with high reliability after he re-innovated the Four Constitution Medicine that invented by Korean Dr. Jema LI in 1894 and supplemented the Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM that published by China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2009.
Further, according to the micro ecology of human gut that researched by the founder of Micro Ecology, German Dr. Volker Rush, Mr. Hojin JEONG (HJ) advocated the modern biofermented medicinal food and the internal & external fermentation theory in 2000, proving that the human body is a fermenter, mainly explaining that the fermented food therapy is very good for preventing disease and improving health.
