Company Introduction

1.Chinese Company

A.Headquarter: Guangdong Shuanghong Biological Products Co., Ltd.

Headquarter (HQ) was co-founded by Chinese expert of liquid fermentation and Korean expert of solid-state fermentation in February of 2013, it is located at the integrated innovation park in Guangdong province, China. HQ and R&D center were united in the construction of China-Korea cooperative application R&D base of modern biofermented medicinal foods, with the main function of technology transition, application development and industrialization promotion.

    B.R&D Center: Dongguan Shuanghong Biological technology Co., Ltd.

    R&D center was established by HQ in April of 2013, it is located at the integrated innovation park in Guangdong province, China. Through the cooperation of HQ, R&D center introduces the advanced technology from Korea, re-innovate and localize it in China. The main function of this project is technology transition, application development and industrialization promotion. The first project is named as “polysaccharide red yeast rice”, which has already industrialized at Foshan city in Guangdong province. The second project is named as “high-active red ginseng”, which will be also industrialized in China soon.

      C.Production Base: Foshan Zhenhong Biological Products Co., Ltd.

      Production base of the polysaccharide red yeast rice was established by Korean founder of HQ and Chinese angel investor in July of 2015, invested by HQ afterwards. It is located at the new materials Industrial base in Guangdong province, China. The production base includes the historical and cultural exhibition hall of red yeast rice, the project named as “The application development and industrialization promotion of ‘polysaccharide red yeast rice’ as a medicinal food of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)” was approved as “Blue Ocean Talent Plan” by the local government in August of 2016.

        2.Korean Company

        A.Korea Flower Cakes Association

        Korean flower cake is one of the world’s most popular cakes by use of cake decoration technology. The Korea Flower Cakes Association (KFCA) is at the top level of international counterparts, KFCA registered the above-mentioned HQ for the China branch in August of 2016. The HQ and R&D center are responsible for the technology transition, application development and industrialization promotion of Korean flower cakes in China.
